On 10 January 2024, Roopaantar Nature and Health Organisation, Indore, in collaboration with e-Infochips (An Arrow Company), conducted a Medical Campaign at Aman Nagar, an Urban Slum in Indore where Health often takes a backseat.
This initiative aimed to Help Slum Residents identify and address their health issues, tackling the numerous challenges faced by urban slum dwellers, including Poor Sanitation, Lack of Clean Water, Inadequate Healthcare, and Malnutrition.
With the support of e-Infochips, Roopaantar Nature and Health Organisation, has:
Conducted Basic Healthcare Checkups for 215 Individuals.
Focused on Female Health, Addressing Reproductive Health Concerns and Societal Pressures.
Provided Nutrition Supplements to children and families in need.
The campaign provided Health Awareness, Medical Check-ups, and Solutions, contributing directly to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3) and Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6).
By improving Access to Healthcare and Promoting Hygiene Practices, the initiative supports the broader objectives of reducing Health Inequalities and Promoting Sustainable Urban Living.
