Project
Divyangta aims to address the issue of High Youth Dropout Rates from the
mainstream education system in India. The Project focuses on providing Retail Skills
Training to Disabled Youth to Bridge the Gap between Education and Employment.
By equipping them with the necessary skills, the Project seeks to create a pool
of Job-Ready Individuals who can be placed in local retail outlets, thus
contributing to their families and the economy.
Objectives of
the Project
- Sensitize
and Develop Disabled Youth:
To connect Disabled Youth to the Mainstream Development of the Country
through the Process of Skilling.
- Equip
Youth with Skill Sets: To
develop a Professional Approach in life to earn their Livelihood.
- Create a
Pool of Job-Ready Youth:
To Help Youth with Job Placement wherever possible.
