InternI had a great experience working with the Roopaantar NGO. Each day was a new brushstroke on this masterpiece. We delved into the intricacies of women's empowerment, learning how to be advocates for change and champions for those whose voices were too often unheard. We explored the art of people management, discovering the delicate dance of motivating, inspiring, and guiding others toward a shared vision. And we honed our soft skills, polishing the tools of communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution that would prove invaluable in any endeavor. Also I got the opportunity to teach students under their Pathshala project. Overall the internship experience with Roopaantar NGO was great.
