Roopaantar Nature and Health Organisation, in collaboration with e-Infochips, an Arrow company, proudly presents Project Saundarya, a transformative 45-day beautician training program. This initiative targets women from economically weaker sections, equipping them with essential skills in the beauty and wellness industry.
Project Saundarya focuses on fostering financial independence by creating employment opportunities and promoting entrepreneurship. Women trained through this program can secure jobs at beauty parlors across the city or establish their own businesses.
Beyond financial empowerment, the project aims to uplift the social and mental status of participants by boosting their confidence, self-worth, and sense of purpose. Aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Project Saundarya contributes to achieving gender equality (SDG 5), promoting decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), and reducing inequalities (SDG 10).
By supporting Project Saundarya, we commit to making a meaningful difference in the lives of these women, fostering a more inclusive and equitable society. This project exemplifies the power of skill development and entrepreneurship in driving social change, empowering women to break free from the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
